This privacy notice applies only to personal information collected on www.safeviewing.co.nz (a website owned by the Broadcasting Standards Authority).

- We store most of the personal information we collect and generate electronically on local servers located in New Zealand. This means that personal information we hold may be transferred to or accessed from countries other than New Zealand.
- This website is hosted on virtual private servers managed by Sniper Systems and provided by Sitehost in New Zealand and information gathered on this website is stored in New Zealand.
